You should have in-depth experience of North Indian/Muglai Cuisine and be very hands on.
You must have a minimum of 6 years experience of working with a reputable restaurant or hotel. Also, it is essential for you to have IELTS certificate in English or a degree taught in English medium with a confirmation letter from the University.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day to day restaurant activities, organise staff, manage menu, serve customers and all other day to day duties involved with the running of a restaurant
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have be very hands on and able to train new inexperienced staff, raise standards
You MUST have a minimum of 6 years experience, an IELTS certificate in English or a degree in taught in English medium from a reputable university with an accompanying letter
