Roles and Responsibilities

  • Spearheading Modern trade operations for the region, spearheading and guiding the team of Officers and merchandiser to deliver numbers.
  • Develop and implement a joint business plan with the Modern Retail Outlets to achieve company objectives & provide direction to implement this plan at the field level.
  • Meeting Category Manager for planning and organizing sales promotion activities.
  • Designing and implementing the sales generation activities including specific promotional activities based on the data analysis and as per the budget.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions like logistics, marketing, finance for servicing Modern Retail accounts
  • Strategic planning & implementation of brand activation.
  • Managing the new product launches and promotions.
  • Managing & training the In-store team for effective and speedy execution of branding and visibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with 8+ years of FMCG Experience with experience of heading a zone or multiple states in India
  • Should have good negotiation & presentation skills
  • Must be a go getter & be ready to take up challenges

Project Sales Manager - Sanitaryware Fixtures


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking after Project Sales for Kenya by identifying key stakeholders like consultants, builders, developers, architects, interior designers etc and generate leads for upcoming projects
  • Develop an excellent rapport with the stakeholder for continuous flow of business and projects
  • Organize branding events for plumbing contractors & consultants highlighting key USPs of the products
  • Develop and implement procedures and control systems to provide improved customer service.
  • Devise business strategies to generate sales and increase market share amongst major clients while scouting for new clients always
  • Leading efforts for streamlining sales and revenue generation in all market conditions.
  • Preempt orders and coordinate with Principal companies for timely supply
  • Ensure profitability all the times while managing new clients and projects.
  • Plan and Execute strategies for the Short, Medium and Long term horizons
  • Controlling Cost through optimization of People, Processes, systems
  • Squarely meet and overcome operational challenges

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years exposure of Sanitary ware / Sanitary ware Fixtures with some leading Brand in India or Africa with good track record of achievements
  • Project Sales exposure is must
  • African is highly preferable
  • Good command over written and spoken English
