Roles and Responsibilities


Identify new business opportunities post market research, explore new market for GEMS (GMR Engineering & Maintenance Services) of GMR Business Services and consultancy of Services Business of Airports & other sectors (like Commercial buildings / Transport Sector/ Power Sector) inline to the strategic business objectives & AOP for sustainable business outside India.


Identification of Business Opportunities in International market in the below areas:

Airport Sector

Asset Management/Retail Refurbishments/Operations and Maintenance related jobs

Power Plants


Timely submissions of BIDs / BOQ / Costing/ Response to Technical and Commercial queries / Presentation to clients / Technical and Commercial negotiations/ Site visits / Finalization of Scope & SLA / Payment Terms & Conditions / Mobilization time / Rehabilitation plan / Exclusions, etc

Review of Penalty / Site memo issued / SHE incidents

Complaint Management and periodic meeting with clients and contractors

Billing and payments



Desired Candidate Profile

  • B. Tech / B. E. (Mechanical / Electrical) with 12+ Years of experience.
  • At least 12 years experience in Project Management as well as Operation & Maintenance of large assets at multiple locations.
  • Knowledge on O&M of Assets including Central Monitoring System ( CMS) / Building Management System ( BMS)
  • Knowledge on various certifications like LEED / GreenCO/ Clean Development Mechanism
  • Experience in Airport industry + Power sector + Manufacturing sector
  • Should have independently managed +10 Cr AOP and team size of +5 directly and +50 indirectly
  • International exposure would be an added advantage
