Missions : Under the direct authority of the President of the company, based in France , handle full Production Management :
- Factory (ies) of mechanical components mainly for export
- Set-up of an industrial organization such as ISO 9001 with dashboard
- Resolution of all technical and others problems
- Regular contacts with headquarters in France
- Continuously improvemant of quality and productivity
- Operational management of the production staff, with local workshop leader
- Relationship with local authorities
- Recruitment, training, proposing bonus or penalties for staff
- New projects (new products, new workshops)
- Approach to Financial Management using SAP system
- Business Development assistance (visits, price enquiries, technical support)
Targets :
- Iso 9001 certification
- Start new production
- Construction of new building(s)
- Creating new dashboard and industrial improvement of overall productivity
- Improve productivity
- Lower quality incidents
- Improve safety
- Promote good working relations
Profile :
- Mechanical engineer
- Experience in foreign company appreciated
- English written and spoken
