Digital Marketer - Relocate to Mauritius


You are a savvy digital marketer who is comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including: AdWords, Microsoft Advertising; Search Console; Performance and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, tracking templates, UTMs, pixels, cookies, etc. is desirable. The duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.



Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in agency set-up, in leading teams as well communication projects
  • Google certified
  • Should have led both long term-strategic and usual advertising campaigns
  • Proven aptitude for creative thinking, taking mundane product/service features and turning them into compelling content and creatives
  • Strong attention to detail within tight deadlines
  • Exposure to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and other digital channels
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Certification in Digital marketing or related programs
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Solid grasp of recent Facebook updates surrounding iOS 14, Facebook Pixel, and domain verification requirements
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing online reputation management tools like Agorapulse, mention, Brand24, etc
  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
  • scaled and optimized organic and paid search channels for a number of years and are well versed in both strategy and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy execution plan for our clients
  • Participate in briefing and client presentations
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Drive 360 degree digital marketing strategies for high impact channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Remarketing, Email, SMS etc.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Collaborate with the platform team to deliver strategy across key channels including paid, organic, direct, referrals, emails.
  • Be responsible for weekly / monthly growth of client s revenue and advertising spends
  • Compose, launch and optimize social advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms/tools.
  • Explore new avenues for clients revenue growth including upcoming advertising inventory Cred, Hotstar etc.
  • Track, analyze and report on organic and paid search initiatives and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
