Position: Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Backup Software & Hardware

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for a proactive person with excellent communications skills to enhance the sale of products assigned.
Expected to Master the product knowledge to design solutions and assist sales team to sell the designated products.
 Identify and convert customers/partners enquiries into right technical solutions.
Conduct POCs to demonstrate the right solutions to customers and partners.
Prepare Bill of Materials(BOM)
Present product knowledge and conduct training for partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have a Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years of pre-sales/consulting experience.
Relevant Industry experience Pre-Sales ( technical) in backup software products.
Knowledge and experience in Arcserve, Backup software products / StorageCraft would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Windows, Linux, Databases etc
