Senior Software Developer for Germany

 At STRI we are hiring candidate for the position of Senior HMI Developers. This position is a full time opportunity based in Germany for an organization who are in development and manufacturing of CNC Punching and Bending Machine and is part of a MNC Group.

We are looking for experience Senior HMI Software developer C# (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, who is prepared to work as a driving force with a lot of creative freedom in achieving the entrepreneurial goals.

Your roles and responsibilities include

•  Development or further development of the Windows-based HMI software for machines as well as other software solutions in C# with Windows Forms and WPF
  
• Technical service support (technical advice and assistance in solving more complex tasks)
  
• Documentation of the software
  
• Training of employees
  

Stages of Hiring

You will be screened for your technical capabilities by the Indian Counterpart. In addition to a stringent Online Technical Assessment.

Candidate who are shortlisted in the Technical round will be interviewed directly by the company

There may be 2-3 rounds of interview.

Requirements

Ideal candidate in this position will be

• A Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant education in computer science, electrical engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical field.
  
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a developer of software for Electromechanical systems, preferably in mechanical engineering
  
• Several years of practical experience in programming C# applications with Windows Forms and WPF
  
• Knowledge of machine controls (PLC, NC) as well as experience in the development of applications with machine controls
  
• Basic to good German Language skills and at least good English skills
  
• Experience in mechanical and plant engineering
  
• Experience in using DevExpress software libraries
  
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Ergonomic design of graphical user interfaces
  
• Communication of Beckhoff controllers via the TwinCAT. Ads API
  
• Databases (MS Access, MySQL)
  
• Network programming (TCP/IP, MQTT, OPC/UA)
  
• 3D visualization
  
• 2D and 3D CAD data formats
