Customer Services Executives for Blue Bell IT, Dubai

 Candidates need to relocate to Dubai, company shall provide air ticket and visa for travel to Dubai.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Providing on time customer support.

2. Handling customer queries on Phone, Chat etc.

3. Proactively reaching out to customers for support, new business and references

4. Work in team and maintain a good working environment



Desired Candidate Profile


1. Graduation in any discipline.

2. Fluency in oral and written communication.

3. Knowledge of English and Hindi is must and other Indian languages.



Qualification


1. Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

2. Master degree or professional qualifications shall be given preference.



Required Skill Set


1. Excellent communication skills

2. Proactive approach


Required Industry Experience


1. Experience in Customer Service for 1 year preferred

2. Experience in BPO is also considered
