 Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the whole equipment team and overall responsibility of equipment Preventive maintenance for production line of products like products(Tablets, Laptops, Mobile Phones, LED TV's, Routers etc.)
• Responsible for effective MTBF and MTBR
• Ensuring minimum brake down and timely production target achievements
• Managing Jig room
• Managing spare part inventory, consumables inventory and coordinating with factory operations/SCM for timely ordering.
• Creating weekly, monthly, yearly Preventive maintenance plans.
• Hands on experience working with RF Shield boxes, Keysight wireless Test set E6640A, Anritsu MTS8870A, R&S CMW100, Power supplies, Current testers, jigs and fixtures for assembly and testing of laptops, mobile, tablets and similar electronic products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be physically fit.
• Should have 6 to 9 years experience in the same filed.
• Should have Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Age below 35 Years.

Warehouse Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Unloading pallets from trucks
• Weighing them
• Taking pictures
• Recording abnormality if any
• storing pallets in secure location
• Doing system entry or GRN in ERP/SAP/MES etc. on D-2

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should belong to Electronics manufacturing industry

Material Management Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Forwarding kit to IQC for sampling
• Collecting kit from IQC
• Supplying material in trolleys to designated spots and handover to Production after verifying system reservation on D-1

Material Management - Kitting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Unpacking material and Preparing material in trays ready for input
• Placing all required material in trays into trolleys for issuance team at designated locations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be physically fit.
• Should have 1 to 2 years experience in the same filed.
• Should have Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering.

MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, monthly Production, quality reports preparation.
• Collecting data from different sections and entering in different report formats provided by section heads and factory manager
• Sharing and presenting reports with factory manager as and when required.
• Assisting in system transactions of production department like production booking, SFG/FG movement, material reservation tc on ERP
• Coordinating the training and co curricular activities with HR
• Excellent skills in MS office with ability to create large data work sheets and presentations
• Assisting inventory team in preparing inventory reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have good knowledge in Excel.
• Candidate should be physically fit.
• Should have 4 to 5 years experience in the same filed.
• Should have Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Age below 35 Years.

Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Ensure continuous improvement, Kaizen and process improvement of production for EMS products like laptops, tablets, routers, LED TV, Mobile phones.
2.Analyse the failures occurring on production line specially due to process gaps and workmanship.
3.Develop WI/SOP in easy to understand local language. Ensure SOP is adhered to by team.
4.Ensure daily, weekly, monthly process, safety, ESD audits are done and presented to factory manager.
5.Be an active part of training and up skilling production operators
6.Take ownership of Process quality defect rate and maintain it @0.5%
7.Ensure and assist production leaders in timely completion of targets.
8.Prepare RCCA,CAPA,8D as applicable.
9.Be central point for NPI(Ne product introduction).
11.Do Industrial engineering activities like Time study, UPH enhancement strategy
12.Be an active part of training and educating production and quality teams on SOP
13.Be actively involved in Kaizen and continuous improvement
14.Work with Factory manager and equipment team in line set up, finalizing jigs machines etc. for model trial and mass production.
