Responsibility
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about company's product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Go the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Promote and counter offer potential customer if they already using the similar product or service from other company.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
