Must be capable to read and prepare fabrication drawings. 

Must prepare hand sketches based on site conditions and able to take site measurement

Quantity Surveyor

Cost planning, estimating and BoQ production for MEP services Taking off quantities, perform re-measuring and checking with BOQ. 

Knowledge of pricing /market rates ,carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final cost.

Required Candidate profile

Attending meeting with client and consultant. 

Assist in Preparing tender and contract/subcontract documents, Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports.

5+ years experience

Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Field

Assessing project requirements. the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients ,managers. maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable, efficient.

Required Candidate profile

Presenting designs to manager, clients. testing, evaluating, modifying, re-testing products. writing reports and documentation, providing technical advice producing, implementing designs, test procedures
