Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints
Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut
Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program

Required Candidate profile

BE / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3+ Years of experience as CNC Programmer
Experience in Fanuc – Heidenhain – Fagor OS, NX or Esprit CAM software & Solidworks CAD software

CNC Grinding Machine Programmer & Operator

Experience in CNC vertical, ID-OD grinders & surface grinders
Grind external or internal cylindrical & tapered surfaces
Experience in FANUC – MITSUBISHI controllers for grinders

Required Candidate profile

BE / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3+ Years of experience as CNC Grinding Machine Programmer & Operator

Selecting and running CNC programs (CNC Lathe)

Operate & modify CNC program on CNC Lathe
Operate 2-3 & 4 axis horizontal & vertical turning machines
