Position: Customer Experience Agent - English

Role: Customer Experience Agent - English
Client: A leading North American luxury and streetwear retailer
Job Description: Do you have an interest in fashion and a solid background in customer service? Are you ready to be challenged daily? As a Customer Experience Agent, you will join a Customer Experience team filled with kind, knowledgeable, hard working experts who will go the extra mile to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in fashion retail industry / knowledge or interest in fashion
Academia (preferred): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science
Prior experience working in a CSR role
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Fresher (English):
Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role
Experienced (English):
Overall Experience: 5-6 yrs.
CSR Experience: 2-2.5 yrs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an asset
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts
Available to work 40 hours per week
Work Location: Manila

Knowledge of Fashion and luxury products an asset
Prior experience in retail will be an added advantage.
