Roles & Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and arranging appointments with the customers/clients (Retail & B2B)
- Reception and Job Order creation
- Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
- Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
- Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
- Vehicle on-time delivery and billing to customer
- Planning of Existing and new customer acquisitions planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
- Process implementation for cost control
- Can handle at least 30-35 cars per month
Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service
- Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or any Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the Automobile Service Industry
