Required General Manager - Operations for an Indian Architectural hardware manufacturing company for its office in China.

Candidate will be located in China to represent the company and will head an established 10 - 12 member team of executives to manage various aspects especially -
  • Finding new suppliers.
  • Office management
  • Price Negotiation.
  • Logistics.
  • HR & General management.
INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A + 1 bedroom apartment for accomodation+food+conveyance to office and back+mobile allowance+medical+1 trip to India/year

  • Minimum graduate with 7+ yrs of experience.
  • Should have experience in International business.
  • Should have experience in sales & general management.
  • Should have experience in purchases and managing a team in the light mechanical industry i.e. Hand tools,bicycle,auto parts,light machine,goods,construction hardware,building hardware.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language or exposure to Chinese culture will be an added advantage.
