ASPIRING & YOUNG TALENTS to join fast expanding retail stores in Thailand and Indonesia.
If selected, they will be invited to join as Management Trainee towards a cross function training program that includes but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Store operations
- Logistics management
- Cashier and Security compliance
- Visual Merchandising
- Sales
Requirements-
- Must hold a SINGLE Status
- Min Degree or MBA holder with 3 years working experience
- An excellent eye for Fashion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required.
- Independent, resourceful, strong analytical skills and team player
- Able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
- Overseas training attachment is required
Upon completion of full training program, the potential candidate who possesses the quality leadership management skills will be identified to groom into Management level positions.
Interviews will take place in Bangalore ONLY.
