ERP Coordinator / ERP Support Officer

JOB LOCATION KSA 

SECTION/DEPARTMENT  :Business Process Management Department

OBJECTIVES
  • Increase the automated process efficiency by ensuring system utilization. Supervise system utilization by ensuring that all KCG business users are operating the system at it most efficient and effective levels of service. 
 
RESPONSABILITIES " 
  • This role is important in providing high-quality ERP support by offering functional & trouble-shooting expertise to support business users with basic system navigation questions and quickly addressing process and system use problems. 

  • In addition to being on the front line with business users, this role also serve as liaison (link) between business units, BPM and IT , enabling IT to focus on more-technical aspects of system support. 

DUTIES & TASKS
  •  Develop an in depth understanding of KCGs Business Processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide immediate responses to end-user requests for business process help, basic system navigation questions, and other "how to" or "I can't get it to work" issues. 
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related problems, and pass along only the technical issues to the IT department, in order to patch and resolve the technical errors as well as technical enhancement of system functionality. 
  • Monitor proper usage of the system through the service desk plus (or similar) by tracking the raised complaints by each business user.
  • Generate statistical reports based on system usage.
  • Identify process changes or configuration changes that could improve how the system supports the business. 
  • Participate actively in rolling out new system functionalities that are required to promote more efficiency and control on the implemented systems at KCG.
  • Develop & update User manuals.
  • Grant ERP Access to business users as per the ERP Authority Groups set in place by the BPM department. 
  • Support the BPM manager on any related requirement that falls within the BPM function.
  • Manage workload appropriately and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with requirements.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

EDUCATION  :Bacholor in Business ( Finance , Accounting , MIS ).

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 2 years in relavent position.
VALUE ADDING EXPERIENCE Project Accounting Experience in an Engineering or Contracting firm.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
  •  Familiar with business process management tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate gathering analysis skill.
  • Ability to analyze user requirements from a basic business prespective to technical requirement in the system.
  • Knowledge of automated project management and financial & accounting reporting systems.
  • Demonstrate professional presence to all business users, colleagues, and KCG's staff & management.
  • Thorough and legible documentation skills & Previous experience with documentation & meeting minutes.
  • Ability to perform analysis and to accurately address/dissect detailed, complex issues.
  • Demonstrate persual to self update regarding systems and surrounding technologies.

PERSONALITY
  • Quick Learner, Committed, Convincing & Challenging, Self Driven.
IT & COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Experience using Estimation & Construction Software such as Candy & Build Smart is a big plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project
