3. Usage od SDRC IDEAS
4. Knowledge of harness installation requirements
5. Knowledge of harness manufacturing requirements
6. CAD Tool understanding - Cable designer / IDEAS/ UG NX7.5 / Catia V5
7. DFSS practical experience / Knowledge 
8. DFMEA practical experience / Knowledge
