Handle operations of the restaurant in the absence of Rest manager.
Resp. for cost control, menu planning, sourcing material, staff training etc.
Maintain service standards to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Prepare relevant reports periodically.

Should be an IHM graduate with exp in good hotels or stand alone continental/ Italian restaurant.
Should have in-depth knowledge of floor & guest handling under pressure, willing to work long hours. Micros knowledge, prior Gulf exp an advantage.
