Min 5 yrs of work exp in HSE preferably in Oil & gas sector.
HSE diploma, trainings, HSE certification are must.
Implementation of company"s HSE Policy.
Ensure compliance of Safety procedures/ practices.
Incident/ accident investigation

Prepare weekly, monthly HSE performance reports etc. 
Can run HSE programs, HSE trainings, safety campaigns etc. 
Can conduct HSE audits, inspection, surveys, walkthroughs. 
Ensuring safe execution of scaffolding, rigging operations.
