Client Profile: 

Reputed global Third Party QA/QC Agency urgently require following candidates for their client in which is a multidisciplinary construction and consulting services in engineering, project management and development activities in oil & gas industry for project in Kurdistan. Project information will be provided later to shortlisted candidates.

Location: Kurdistan

1. Position: Piping Design Engineer 


Qualification: B.E. Mechanical or equivalent

Age: 30 - 35 years

Experience: Min 10 years of proven experience in oil and gas processing in Oil and Gas sector, like refinery, petrochemical and LNG Projects. The candidate experience should be broad (front end conceptual, FEED, Detail Design, De-bottlenecking and Operations) and include utilities and off-sites. Previous experience on oil and gas project with high H2S processing would be an advantage.

Shall be capable:
To support Piping and Layout related activities covering onshore and offshore processes, Pipelines interfaces and also to prepare piping sketch and equipment layout considering weight constrain and accessibility. Must adhere to Health, Safety and the Environment, Regulations, Policy, Safety Management Systems. 

To interface with Concept Selection Contractor, EP Department and other engineering disciplines and teams, various contractors to progress the work required to meet the project schedule and goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Defining Piping and Layout requirements related to Full Field Development and coordination interfaces with EP Facilities and new installations, optimizing installation and construction schedule, as well as minimizing cost and safety risks.
2. Preparing SOW for contractors and monitoring progress and preparation of deliverables and review deliverables produced by the Concept Selection Contractor.
3. Writing and/or providing technical input into feasibility studies, functional specifications, and Basis of Design for production and processing facilities. Participating in process safety reviews activities. Contributing to a data base of size, weight, cost and delivery time of major equipment and packages associated with onshore and offshore facilities.
4. Reviewing and keeping updated, the project Basis of Design/Statement of Requirements for the relevant discipline, including collation and analysis of relevant data from the Experimental Program Project.
To ensure that all opportunities offered by introduction of new technologies are pursued and evaluated and that lessons learned from operations and activities performed and all experience gained in the relevant discipline is valued and capitalised.

Remuneration: USD 2000 3500

2. Protection Engineer (No.2)

Qualification: B.E (Electrical)

Age : 30-35 years

Experience: Minimum 10 years proven experience in operation and maintenance of electrical and electronic protection systems for electrical power systems, MW & HV substations and plant electrical for oil & gas and power industry/projects. Knowledge of SCADA is preferable.

Remuneration: USD 2000 3500

3. Mechanical Engineer - Inspection and Testing (No.1)

Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)

Age: 27-32 years

Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in inspection and testing of piping systems for oil & gas and power industry/projects, that include hydrotesting, pneumatic testing of pipe and fittings as applicable as per relevant codes and standard.

Remuneration: USD 1500 2500

4. Civil Design Engineer (No.1)

Qualification: B.E. (Civil)

Age: 30-35 years

Experience: Min 10 years of proven experience in design and detailing engineering of civil works viz. foundations, supports, plant buildings etc. for pipelines, refineries, gas processing and power plants.

Remuneration: USD 2500 3500

5. Mechanical Engineer - Welding Specialist (No. 1)

Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) with CSWIP / AWS

Age: 35-35 years

Experience: Min 10 years proven experience in pipe metallurgy and integrity pipe welding and welding procedure development for pipping in oil & gas and power industry/projects. Shall be up-to-date on various welding techniques, testing procedures and interpretation of radiography etc.

Remuneration: USD 2000 3500

6. Maintenance Engineer - DCS Systems (Nos.3)

Qualification: B.E. (Electronics and Controls)

Age: 27-32 years

Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in maintenance of distribution control system (DCS) and SCADA of various reputed makes deployed in oil and gas and power industry.

Remuneration: USD 2000 3500

7. Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical - Gas Turbines (Nos.4)

Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical

Age: 27-32 years

Experience: Min 5-10 years of experience in maintenance of gas turbines of all frame sizes and reputed makes. Shall have thorough knowledge in GTG-GE and Siemens type Gas Turbines.

Remuneration: USD 2000 3000

8. Electrical Engineer (Nos. 2)

Qualification: B.E. (Electrical)

Age: 30-35 years

Experience: Minimum 10 years of related oil and gas design experience with
Professional literacy in refinery designs - More specifically electrical power systems and MV & HV Substations design

English proficiency, tem player, and strong work values & ethics

Assignment facility: Power Plant Facility
Reporting to: Engineering Manager and Discipline Labor and Subcontractor staff - If Applicable
Remuneration: USD 2000 3500

9. Maintenance Technician DCS System (Nos. 3)

A- College Degree preferred but not mandatory
B- Professional literacy as DCS technician
C- Over 10 years of related experience
D- English proficiency, tem player, and strong work values & ethics

Assignment facility: Oil Field Facilities
Reporting to: Maintenance Engineer - DCS Systems and Discipline Labor and Subcontractor staff - If Applicable
Remuneration: USD 1500 2500

10. Amine System Supervisor (Nos. 3)

A- College Degree preferred but not mandatory
B- Professional literacy as Amine system supervisor
C- Over 10 years of related experience
D- English proficiency, tem player, and strong work values & ethics

Assignment facility: Oil Field Facilities
Reporting to: Field Superintendent and Operator - Amine & Glycol Systems
Remuneration: USD 2000 3000

11. Maintenance Technician Amine and Glycol System (Nos. 6)

A- College Degree preferred but not mandatory
B- Professional literacy as Amine & Glycol systems Technician
C- Over 10 years of related experience
D- English proficiency, tem player, and strong work values & ethics

Assignment facility: Oil Field Facilities
Reporting to: Amine System Supervisor and Discipline Labor and Subcontractor staff - If Applicable
Remuneration: USD 1500 2500

12. Lab Technician Amine System for gas compression (Nos. 3)
A- College Degree preferred but not mandatory
B- Professional literacy as a Lab Technician
C- Over 10 years of related experience
D- English proficiency, tem player, and strong work values & ethics

Reporting to: Amine System Supervisor and Discipline Labor and Subcontractor staff - If Applicable
Remuneration: USD 1500 2000

13. Position: Plant Operators 6 Positions in each category 
(Amine & Glycol Systems, Stabilizer Systems, Desalters & Oily water systems, GT Driven Gas Compressors at various plants of oil and gas industry

Qualification: B.Sc or equivalent

Experience: Min 5 - 10 years experience as an Operator in oil and gas industry. Must have proven experience in one of the above areas or more. Shall be fully acquainted with good HSE practice. Must be proficient in English.
Remuneration: USD 1500 2500
