Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
10 to 12 years of HR Experience.preferably 2-3 years in Africa in HR
The person would assist the Organization by identifying and managing talent for the business in Africa
He would be reporting to the country head and would assist him in talent management.
He would have local HR guys report into him for daily routine HR issues.
Preference would be given for people who have Organizational Development as their interest.
An MBA with 12-15 years of experience in HR
