CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead the academic development of the Department in ways which foster an appropriate culture and for the support and integration of excellent teaching, research and business activities
2. Manage all staff within the Department, including performance management, staff development, appraisal and orientation
3. To develop and promote the internal and external profile of the Department, ensuring appropriate interaction with stakeholders such as professional bodies, and potential employers, as appropriate to the department , so as to ensure 100 % placement of Management students.
4. To be accountable for, and manage in collaboration with the Academic President, the effective delivery of, programmes, modules and activities associated with the Department
5. Enhancing and developing the quality of the students learning experience
6. Develop and enable a supportive research culture within the Department, by making research proposals and obtaining research grants
7. Timely Completion of Course, Course Delivery and Curriculum Development
8. Administrative activities

Prepare Mid-semester Reports as Batch In charge
Participate as members of Internal Committees for Department / University
9. Conduct examinations, create assessment process, and deliver certification
10. Demonstrating Knowledge of content and best practices
11. Integrating academic knowledge with industrial applications
12. Designing coherent instruction, assessing and managing student learning and behavior
13. Innovate on improving teaching & counseling methodologies

Qualification and Experience:
Doctoral Degree in Management Stream from a Tier One University. Should have a minimum of 15 years of Experience (industry Included) during which he should have demonstrated academic flair and leadership skills.
