- Bachelor Degree in Business / other related disciplines with proven training in marketing management.
- Good command of English, multiple languages are preferred (Bengali & Hindi).
- 5-8 years experience in Handling channel Sales.
- Good understanding and experience of managing Channel Distribution.
Proven track record in successfully deliver sales growth and channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result.
Experienced in working with large product portfolio, need to know how to align with company vision and leverage and share best practices across other regions.
Highly market focused and strong business sense, with good understanding of customers and competitors mindset.
Proven experience managing sales team and distributors.
Experience in extensive Channel Conflict Management and Team Motivation.
Well organized and can present well to influence.
Expand Bangladesh market by strategically positioning Logitech and the products in Dhaka & outside Dhaka market. Build and manage Logitech Business in Bangladesh. Identify consumer opportunities, align with marketing priorities, to plan, execute & implement sales strategies to meet pre-defined Ops Targets (Profitability, Product Mix and Revenue). Manage the Distributor Partners and Channel Partners of the territory to align Company strategy and ensure revenue & margin targets are achieved. Work closely with Regional Manager - East and Marketing Manager to understand organizational priorities and help execute the same in the region.
