Location : Harare, Zimbabwe
Minimum 3 to 10 years of Experience required.

Job Description
Must be fluent in English.
Must be computer literate. (e/mail, word and excel)
Must have organizational and planning skills.
Must be analytical and logical.
Must have good administration skills.
Must be able to comfortably communicate with senior management.
Must have good people skills.
Must be able to work very closely with the factory manager.
Must be currently involved in a big factory making mens wear patterns.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the Lectra pattern making and grading computer system.
Must have a thorough knowledge of pattern making (mens, boys and ladies work wear) both manually and directly on the computer.
Must have a thorough knowledge of grading.
Must have through knowledge of technical packs.
Must have a thorough knowledge of garment construction.
Must have a thorough knowledge of production marker making.
The ability to sew will be a strong advantage.
