Job Description: 

Prerequisites
Minimum of 5+ years of hands on programming experience in Java
Possesses object oriented java skills with exposure and deep understanding of multiple frameworks (JEE, Spring) 
Application development experience in Enterprise computing environment.
Must have Fortune 100 US company experience, strong preference for Telecom, Insurance, and or Financial Services companies.
Experience in full life-cycle agile software development.
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills

Basic Requirements
Strong Core Java and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of Gang of Four design patterns.
JEE (including EJBs) or Spring
Experience with XML and SOAP or RESTful web services
Experience with Oracle or DB2 including SQL and stored procedures
Experience with Entity EJBs or an ORM Framework like Hibernate, Toplink or iBatis
Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic or JBoss
Experience developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms
Experience with UML
Experience developing with Eclipse, RAD or NetBeans
Experience using source control and bug tracking systems in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing cross-platform code.
Experience building scalable systems with very high levels of concurrency and transactions.
Experience with JMS
Experience with multi-threaded applications


The role will require the developer to understand the business needs, translate the functional requirements into a technical design specification, code the solution and unit test and document the results. The developer may customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program libraries and technical manuals. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with business analysts, system administrators and architects.

Education- B.E/ B.Tech/ Graduation(CS/IT)+ Post Graduation(CS/IT) only.
Degree Certificate has to be in English Language.
Should not be any Educational and Employment Gap.

Interview Process:
Interview Process will start tentatively from November.
There will be 3 rounds of Interviews (2 rounds will be from US, in any of the time zone. Candidate should be available for the Skype/ telephonic interview. Candidates shall be informed much in advance.
Skype Id is mandatorily required.
After selection internally, Visa will be filed. The candidate is expected to resign from his current employer once his/her Visa is approved.

Please note if you are selected in our screening process, company would be filing for your H1B visa (normal) by March-April, 2014. All expenses related to your visa filing would be taken care by ManpowerGroup and you would be expected to relocate to USA anywhere between October 2014 - Early 2015.
We will Sponsor ONLY the candidate. However we will help in the documentation for the Visa processing of the dependents.

Passport Validity - Has to be 1+ years and above.
Once you are selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter which will be tentatively by end of March ("Subject to Visa Approval" will be mentioned in that letter).

Background Check will be conducted (upto 7 years of employment), so make sure all required documents of all the previous Organizations are in place.
