> Candidate should have 2-5 years strong experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS2/3, ajax, JavaScript/jQuery.
> Should have passion for creating clean usable web experiences and a good sense of design trends - Bootstrap, Responsive design, code/page weight optimization, maintaining W3C validation structure, Standards compliance & SEO friendliness.
> Convert Whiteboard discussions, Sketches/ PSDs, Prototypes, Wireframes to clean fronted code for our Web Application.
> Passion for experimentation, lean development, rapid code iterations- testing- deployment, openess and willingness to keep improving the product design.
> Skills in ruby on rails OR php are recommended to be able to understand and contribute in the bigger picture of the product development.
> Having any of these kills will be a plus (but not necessary): Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, or graphic designing.
