  • The Operations Manager with 5-7 yrs experience will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for delivery of onsite/remote Technical support services for specific customers
  • He / She will ensure that the assigned teams to the various clients site deliver the performance of services as agreed in the contract and meet/exceed the committed SLA which includes customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of onsite/remote engineers and act as single point of contact for the service delivery in the area such as given below but not limited to:Manage User Accounts & Access Rights
  •  Performance & Fault mgmt. Service
  •  Remote Desktop Support Service
  •  Service Desk Operation
  •  Manage Software Distribution
  •  Trigger End Point Protection Service
  •  Reports of GCIS Service
  • Transition and Manage new services, projects and Initiatives

5+ Years of Strong Experience in IT Operation Management / IT Project Management/ IT Project Transition/ IT Service Delivery is must.
Must be a Graduate in Engineering / Science / Diploma in Computers
Preferably with one of the given certification - ITIL/PMP/PRINCE 2
Must have good communication & Interpersonal Skills
Must be customer-focused
Good problem solving skills
