- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Hands on experience with HVAC system
- Knowledge in basic electrical system and controls Strong leadership
- Familiar with CCMS /CAFM / Maximo / SAP
- Can generate reports and knows how to read / generate technical drawings
- Familiar with basic Safety practices
- At least 5 years experience in O & M or equivalent
- GCC experience is preferred
