1. Managing & Motivating Team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
2. Overseeing Pricing and Stock Control
3. Analyzing and Forecasting Sales figure
4. Organizing Special Promotions, Display and events
5. Recruiting, Training,, Supervising and appraising staff 
6. Retail Budget Management 
7. Resolving Customer complaints and Queries
8. Regular visit to shop floor, interaction with sales staff and customers & resolving urgent issues
9. Initiating quick changes to improve the business
10. Local promotion activities by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community generally
11. Ensuring Compliance with health and safety legislation

Should have strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Applicants should have experience in retail stores and managerial familiarity is preferable. 
Candidates should understand trends and be efficient with visual merchandising. Practical problem-solving skills are necessary and interpersonal skills are essential to deal with recruiting, training and developing staff. 
Should have worked in Consumer electronics and Appliances retail industry in India for min 8 yrs.
