2. Supervise warehouse staff in all daily operations.
3. Review warehouse operations, in order to achieve maximum efficiency
4. Report any urgent or, out of the ordinary problems.
5. Act promptly & decisively in emergencies and in any daily routine matters.
6. Ensure spare parts, materials & consumables are ordered in a timely manner.
7. Maintain stock levels/inventory and control system
8. Check all time sheets before submitting.
9. Load / unload, inspect & document incoming & outgoing materials / spare parts including Employers (BAES) material.
10. Check at the end of every working day that, all O&M vehicles are parked up at their
correct locations & are clean & tidy for work next day.
11. Adherence ESS Policy and SOPs and to:
Health & Safety ISO 18001
Environmental Safety ISO 14001
Quality Management System ISO 9001
