Key Responsibilities:
Take part in planning and designing test coverage scenarios.
Will be responsible for creating, reviewing and updating automated and manual test cases
Will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing automated test scripts (using Perl)
Get involved in internal projects to improve and expand the automated testing framework
Assist in executing manual tests
Log and track defects
Verification and automation around resolved defects
Qualifications
Studying a relevant computing related degree, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering
Has keen and demonstrable personal interests in software projects outside of University
Courses with technical modules e.g.. programming, C++/Java, Perl/Python, software testing & quality
Must have personal, extra-curricular interest in software development projects
Excellent communication skills - fluent written and verbal English
Eligible to work in the UK
Desired Skills:
MS Windows, Virtual Machines
Software Engineering, Lifecycle, Agile methodologies, Software test principles
Engine development, Web apps, Unit/System testing, Test automation
C++, Java, Javascript, Perl, Python 2.x .3.x, Shell script
