Plan, Organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.
Provide strategic lead, analyzing and prioritizing developments, outlining opportunities and ensuring a pro-active and innovative approach to our work.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations and development.
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, cost and timelines.
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, Websites, PCs, operating systems, databases telephones, software applications etc.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and determines what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
Manage and develops IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline etc.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

Minimum 15 Years demonstrated experience in Information Technology and Computer System.
Significant experience in managing IT projects from inception to delivery either in a web development or systems management environment.
Strong understanding of software development and project management.

Must take a pro-active approach and be a team player.
Have knowledge of network infrastructure hosting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues.
Experience in ERP implementation (SAP ideally).
Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Computer Science / B. tech in Information Technology.
