Required to handle the Italian section of a casual dining Italian restaurant.
Prepare food as per standard recipes.
Maintain hygiene and food standards.

Should have knowledge of Italian/ Continental cuisine in hotels or stand alone restaurants.
Should have a valid passport.& good communication skills.
