Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.  | Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A

Key Accounts Management : Responsible for directly handing Key Accounts in a specific region.

Sales & Collection : Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and cash flow targets for each Key Account.

Quality : Ensure that the quality and service expectations of the customers are met in liaison with the Q/A and all concerned departments.

Coordination : Liaise directly with all the relevant departments with regard to product development and specification
requirements as well as providing prompt feed backs both inward and outward.

Shipments : Co-ordinate with Warehouse on shipment plans and scheduling to ensure delivery requirements are promptly met.

Planning : Provide inputs to facilitate central planning functions optimize production scheduling and finished goods management.

Reports : Ensure all reports required by each Key Account & Company management are provided promptly.

Documentation : Ensure all documentation requirements are adequately met.

Budgeting : Provide all inputs for timely preparation of annual budgets through accurate demand for forecasting.

Market Development & Strategies : Conduct regular market visits to maintain direct customer contacts, CRM, assess market opportunities in terms of new markets & segments and provide timely market intelligence to the top management to maintain competitiveness as well as alignment of plans to meet strategic growth expectations. 

Post graduate in business administration from premium institute.

Preferred age group is 25 - 35 years.

Two to three years in a Sales & Market development role.

Capable of interacting with multi-cultural client base and senior level management

Exposure to International beverage industry and previous travel experience to developed markets are desirable.

Prior knowledge of export documentation requirements and import regulations of different countries desirable.

Ability and willingness to make frequent International travel
