Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.
- 1. Implementation of Oracle ERP across the organisation to ensure effective use of technology in all aspects of business
- 2. Ensuring real time data and knowledge flow throughout the organisation to enable speedy and informed decision-making by the management
- 3. Retiring costly and ineffective legacy systems.
- 4. Building his team and training teams across the organisation to use IT systems
- 5. Create protocols for a safe and secure IT Environment thereby de-risking the organisation from any adverse consequences
- 6. Creating an annual IT department budget
- 7. Evaluate and present business cases for embracing new technologies directed towards business integration to senior management
- 8. Convincing and Training employees across the organization to use the IT systems
- Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science and Post Graduate in Computer Science / Management / Systems
- 10 to 15 yrs experience overall. Prior experience in cement industry is a critical requirement.
- End-to-end Oracle ERP system implementation experience is essential.
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with vendors is an added advantage
- Advisor to the top management for all IT related initiatives
- Ability to use IT as a business enabler
- Excellent Commercial Acumen
