Dot Net Engineer for UAE

Conversant in .Net 3.5 and above code development.
Experience of ASP.NET programming, C#, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, XML and XSL.
Should be able to integrate UI design with the application. Should have worked on web based reports. Should be able to do unit testing of the codes developed. 
Should have knowledge of .Net Web Services & Windows services.
Should have worked on hosting web applications on IIS and related configurations.
Skilled in database design. Should be able to write and debug/fine tune MS-SQL .
Should have knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and worked on it. (this would be required for the reports) 
Knowledge of third party user experience enhancement tool would be an added advantage. (like dev express)
