Minimum Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in the Middle East or abroad
- Knows and understands AUTOCAD
- Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment repairs and maintenance
- Has experience in preventive maintenance; planning and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Program
- Has experience in refurbishments and renovations
- Good communication skills and people skills for regular coordination
- Must have at least five years working experience in Engineering or Maintenance field (two years of which is in managerial capacity)
- Skills in analyzing problems and arriving at reasonable and economical solution.
- Persuasive negotiation skills, strong analytical skills and proficiency in reviewing technical data.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other related codes as required by the UAE law.
- Skills in estimating the cost and amount of materials needed for repair and maintenance of building and equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and others.
- Ability to establish a training program for all employees at all levels in the department.
- Considerable knowledge of the UAE environmental regulations.
- The employee is regularly required to talk or hear/listen. Frequent travel is required
