Female Sales Position in Sanmar Group, Bangladesh

What we are looking for:
The incumbent should be proactive and confident having excellent communication skills and strong ethical values. He must be target driven with the ability to perform with or with minimal supervision, readily secure business deals .Whenever an opportunity is created should be prepared to meet the challenges in a highly competitive business environment. He must be able to demonstrate confident Client handling skills, an ability to collaborate with interior teams and other consultants, combined with an ability to organize and manage their own workload. He must have the capability to complement the team with cross functional coordination and communication whenever where required. 

Core responsibilities:
Extend maximum Assistance to the Departmental Head to prepare the yearly Business Plan, strategies to achieve the same
Take full responsibilities to ensure proportionate yearly sales target, so that the departmental target is 100% achieved
Supervise/ Monitor/ Control the Local and International Real Estate Sales Team
Continuously update and develop the team with state of the art training and information kiosk
Set strategy to meet management target and divide target among the teams
Create vision among the team members to generate sales call by showing the visual imagination to the customers
Frequently travel nationwide to meet the prospect customer and negotiate to close the deal with success 
It is important that candidate have good people management experience, and has previous team management responsibility. We are looking for people with all round abilities to work both independently and as part of a team, has to be hard worker and able and willing to work extra hours when required, strong flexibility and meeting deadlines

The Position: SALES Manager/AGM Sales/GM Sales/VP -Sales;
We are currently looking for experienced professional in the above positions. The person should be minimum Graduate. Post-Graduation in Marketing or Business administration will be an added advantage. 
People from Real estate business or Interior Business will be preferred but is not mandatory. 

Experience: 5 years to 15 years

Job location:The candidate will be based out of Chittagong or Dhaka (Bangladesh) but needs to be mobile as and when required, the position might require International travel also.
