Plant Head
- Supervise the Operation, Maintenance & Admin. dept to meet requirements of contractual agreement.
- Direct preparation and submission of plans& reports to owner in compliance with the contract & operating practices.
- Carries out all obligations of the operator as detailed in the O&M agreement.
- Provide reports on the plant status to the employees, owners and customers.
- Actively integrate Operations Planning with owners, customers and suppliers.
- Establish plant policies and manages them in accordance with company policies. Co-ordinates policies with Owner.
- Establish and maintain employee relation, approve personnel action.
- Establish control for efficient and economical use of supplies, tools and maintenance material.
- Candidate with Diploma / B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical with minimum 12 years of experience in diesel based power plants / MAN diesel engine.
- Must be willing to work abroad for a minimum of 2 years
- Must be willing to join immediately.
- Fluency in english is must.
- Candidates with valid passport alone apply.
Operations Incharge
- Supervise & schedule the Operation staff on day to day operations of the plant.
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance Manager for repair & maintenance of the plant.
- Operate the plant in strict compliance within local rules & regulations.
- Provide expertise in safe operation of the plant, supervision and enforcement of safety procedures.
- Direct the activities of the plant operations to achieve superior performance by ensuring all rules, regulations, procedures and guidelines are adhered to producing a reliable product in the most cost effective manner
- Candidate with Diploma / B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical with minimum 12 years of experience in diesel based power plants / MAN diesel engine.
- Must be willing to work abroad for a minimum of 2 years
- Must be willing to join immediately.
- Fluency in english is must.

Shift Incharge
- Monitor & manage plant operations & safety procedures in conjunction with the Operation Manager and Mechanical Manager.
- Direct & control plant operations activities, routine operating maintenance, and operation procedures and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Generate daily orders and standing operating orders.
- Monitor equipment and operators performance to meet plant performance objectives.
- Issue permit to work and ensure safe working condition.
- Generate plant production records and reports and maintain standard plant condition records, status log books.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Candidate with Diploma / B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical with minimum 8 years of experience in diesel based power plants / MAN diesel engine.
- Must be willing to work abroad for a minimum of 2 years
- Must be willing to join immediately.
- Fluency in english is must.

Shift Operator
