Shall be responsible as Head of department with various functions right from Quarry, pyro operation to cement grinding and dispatch system.
- Candidate to possess technical qualification of BE / BTech with relevant experience in cement manufacturing with dynamic caliber and good leadership quality to lead the team towards set objectives and KPI.
- Working in the position of Process & Production Manager in a company with significant turnover of clinker production would also be another added advantage.
- To have good knowledge on chemistry behind the cement manufacturing.
- Strong character with good leadership and communicative skills.
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong commitment, responsibility and discipline.
- Candidates must be a team player and meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in the English Language, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and application is a must.
