We are recruiting for an exciting Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering Manager position for one of our client based in Romania. Company is a leading/ Global electro-mechanical systems and components manufacturing group.
This plant in Romania manufactures high-quality Aluminium die casting, precision machining, surface plating components and assemblies for telecom, automotive, railway and industrial Markets.
Responsible for overall management of the Engineering team. Responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing the production processes. Responsible for Engineering Process Support, Product Engineering and mechanical designing.
Key areas of expertise are required in:
Product development
Design engineering
Process engineering
Industrial engineering
Required Skills/Experience:
Engineer or technical qualification with Strong experience in a manufacturing environment involving complex engineering infrastructure- Diecasting / CNC machinery within Automotive manufacturing.
Solid Experience directly managing Engineers, responsibility for performance and individual projects, and working among a team to manage operations in a plant.
Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated ability to work with Engineering resources to execute projects and improve processes.
Excellent verbal /written communication skills in English language.
Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing. Ability to achieve Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Able to support site growth with excellent direct team leading & development skills.
