Role Description in Brief
SAP-CRM resource having experience in Business functions for Customer Relationship Management in a Trading and/or Health Science Industry
Skill
At least three (03) E2E SAP implementations in capacity as Lead LE CRM Consultant in client facing roles
Should be well versed in hands on configuration of SAP-CRM module and have excellent handon on SERVICE module, Pricing Configurator . Have ability on Integration with other modules such as SD, MM, QM etc.
Experience Levels
8-10 years of SAP experience
Special Skills / Requirement if any
1 Should have experience in Business functions for SAP-CRM in a Trading and/or Health Science Industry
2 Independently able to provide solutions to complex business requirements under SAP-CRM purview
3 Experience in integration and Interfaces with external systems
Additional Desireable skills
Well versed in preparing technical documentations (Business Blueprint, Functional Specification, Configuration, Unit Test, User Training, UAT Documents etc.)
Soft Skills
Should be an excellent team player and be able to manage work for offshore resources towards project deliverables
