- The incumbent will be responsible for finding Tenants,
- Will need to understand client's needs and be able to allocate the right building or space to the client
- Will be in-charge of all aspects of Marketing for various Shopping mall shops, offices in various properties owned by the group.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Will oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
Education: Any Graduates, Post Graduates-M.B.A-Marketing
5+ years experience
