Job Description
1. O&M - Foreman (Plumbing & Fire Protection)
(ITI Plumbing)
Must have minimum 10 years' experience (5 years should be Gulf experience) in operation and maintenance of different kind of Plumbing and Fire Fighting pumps, fuel oil system, inert gas system, cold and hot water supply system, drainage system etc. Must have knowledge of difference types of Pipes (GI pipe, PPR pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE pipe, Copper pipe, PEX pipe, PP pipe etc.) and Fittings (welded fittings, groved fittings, threaded fittings, push fittings, gloved fittings etc). Should have knowledge on different types of Pipe Jointing system like HDPE welding, Copper pipe soldering & Brazing. Should have knowledge of Sanitary final fix items like AWC, EWC, Bidet, Flush, Spout, Vlush valves etc. Should have general idea of sizes of pipes to be used for sanitary wares. Should be able to do routine O&M for above mentioned items. English speaking candidates preferred.

Electrical" Must have minimum 10 years' experience (5 years should be Gulf experience) in operation and maintenance of LV panels-MSB, LDB, PDB, VFD, Fire Alarm system, UPS, CBS, Earthing and Bonding system, Lightning protection system, DG set maintenance, BMS, CPCMS systems etc. Should be familiar about handling insulator tester, multi meter, clamp meter etc. Should be aware about electrical hazards working with energised panels. Should be able to maintain records, carry out PPM as per schedule and able to fill PPM records in the prescribed format. Should be able to do routine O&M for above mentioned items. English speaking candidates preferred.

3. O&M - Foreman (HVAC)
ITI Airconditioning / Mechanical Must have minimum 10 years' experience (5 years should be Gulf experience) in operation and maintenance of Screw chiller , Centrifugal pumps, Package ACs, Central - split ACs, Closed control units and BMS. Should have excellent communication skill in document preparation with computer knowledge. Should be able to maintain records, carry out PPM as per schedule and able to fill PPM records in the prescribed format. Should be able to do routine O&M for above mentioned items.
