Mustang joined two highly respected Saudi Arabian engineering companies in 2011, Dar Al-Riyadh Engineering and Construction (Dar E&C) AND Petro-Infrastructure Engineering Consultants (PI-Consult), having had a previous acquisition, Al-Hejailan Consultants, which resulted into the forming of Mustang Al-Hejailan DAR PI (Mustang-HDP). Mustang-HDP provides world class engineering procurement and construction management services to the GCC region from our central headquarters in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

- Have previous Saudi Aramco work experience and be familiar with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications. Shall be Capable of Leading/mentoring a team of I&C engineers and designers in carrying out both Project Proposal and detailed engineering work for medium/large size projects.
Have experience in the use of SPI (Intools) for the preparation of discipline deliverables such as I/C wiring Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Instrument Specification Sheets, MTO etc.
Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency for the sizing and selection of field instrumentation including control valves, safety relief valves, orifice plates etc.
Be familiar with the Preparation of all I&C deliverables types as necessary for IFC submission.
Preparation of detailed material take-off lists to assist in project proposal cost estimation.
Familiar with the development of Functional Specification Documents for major I&C components and provide I&C discipline text input to Design Basis Scoping Paper development.
Participate in HAZOP meeting and SIL studies with clients and representatives of other engineering disciplines. (TUV approval would be advantageous)
Be able to prepare and control manpower loading to ensure compliance with project schedules.
Preparation of technical query requests to vendors and provide Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE). Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives and participate in internal weekly project progress meetings.
Interface and provide clarification, guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers.
Ensure strict compliance with Company's Quality procedures.
