- Provide I.T. support to project team members computers and ancillary equipment and carry out maintenance on all I.T. equipment that are within the contractual scope. Ensuring all I.T. equipment functions to design
- Become familiar with all telecommunication and I.T. systems and equipment and review for efficiency and submit proposals for improvement
- Testing of fibre optic cables and associated systems
- Maintain portable radio equipment and base stations
- Experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas project/operations in a telecoms/I.T. maintenance management role
- Degree, HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications essential to Telecoms/I.T. maintenance
- Able to support laptop/desktop computers at administrator level
- Proven man management and interpersonal skills with multinational and diverse workforce
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written briefs and skilled in report writing and compilation
- Proven analytical skills for problem solving and providing solutions to conflicts that will ensure all tasks/issues, are prioritised to the needs of the team or client
