    Position: Admin Assistant 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Setting up of new Office with regards to the administrative activities
    Shall be responsible in managing the calendars 
    Handling all travel and meeting arrangements
    Preparing MIS reports and other financial reports if applicable
    Drafting Email correspondences to clients and other offices
    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report
    Develop and maintain the filing system
    Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    Handling the purchasing of office supplies
    Handling the minutes of the meetings
    Responsible for AMC renewals/ Accommodation contracts/ Driver arrangement 
    Responsible for Preparation of Job Orders, Job Enquiries received from clients.
    Responsible for visiting the Embassy as and when required
    Responsible for preparation of Contractual Agreements
    Handling the legal queries received by the company.
    Responsible for solving deployed candidates grievances.
    Addressing to clients complaints email and ensuring they are solved by the respective department
    Organizing pick-upsand drops of candidates and making the necessary travel arrangement
    Handling the office maintenance and equipment
    Organizing and scheduling appointments
    Responsible for Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    Book travel arrangements and accommodation for clients, visitors and office staff
    Provide general support to visitors/clients
    Responsible for Housekeeping and cleaning department. 

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent letter drafting skills
    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    Technical knowledge of office equipments, like printers and fax machines
    Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    Experience Required : - Min 2 - 4 years of experience worked as an Admin

      JOB DESCRIPTION 

      Responsible for securing, managing and developing new key accounts and maximizing profit and growth, through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives, long term client relationships and key business strategies
      Analyzing management data and identifying trends and opportunities.
      Regularly monitoring and analyzing the competition
      Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
      Develop new client base 
      Preparation of proposals and presentations.
      Able to sell company services and maintaining Business Relationships.
      Assist in establishing new customer relations and build on the existing ones.
      Meeting with clients and understanding their requirements.
      Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.
      Assessing the client feedback, evaluating areas of improvements with regular analysis for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
      Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business. 
      Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
      Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
