Quality Testing of Raw Materials and Finish Products according to the Specifications
- Contributing in New Product Development process by doing application testing & technical inputs
- Responsible for the In-Process control of production batches
- Maintenance and organization of master and transaction data of raw materials and products in the SAP
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and care,maintenance and inspection of equipment and measuringfacilities in order to comply gem. DIN EN ISO 9001 &according to the EHS guidelines
- Quality testing of customer samples & Vital role in handling Complains
- Processing the shelf life - process (life cycle of rawmaterials and finished products)
- Develop analytical methods
- Identify the need of Equipment & Material for Lab operations & its possible sources along with Technical information
- Sample management of Lab for both Finished goods & Raw Material
- Documentation of all quality data & Reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: MSc Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
Experience: Min. 4-5 year in Analytical Lab of Textile or Chemical Industry
Know-how/skills: Leadership, Team building, knowledge in analytical methods, Proficiency in English
