Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for Construction Activities – Mechanical discipline wise at site.
• Obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet project targets and budget.
• Ensure timely initiation of corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints/Non conforming situations during the project execution.
• Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site.
• Monitor progress of the job and report to client and to attend client meetings and liaise with QAQC and HSE departments for any corrective actions necessary to meet the customer satisfaction.
• Reports to Construction Manager on day to day work progress and request for additional resources to meet the work load and client site instructions.
• Responsible for HSE of people working at site, meeting client standards for the camp offices & work site.
• Meeting clients regularly & issue progress reports
• Liaise with QAQC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution.
• Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions
